    My Approach

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I use a collaborative, goal-oriented approach that adapts to your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, depression, postpartum challenges, or navigating the immigration process, I strive to create a space that is:

  • Empathetic: You’ll feel heard and understood.

  • Culturally Responsive: Your identity and experiences matter.

  • Practical: We’ll focus on tools and strategies you can use in daily life.

    Why I Do This Work

I became a psychologist because I believe in the power of human connection and the importance of mental health in every stage of life. Supporting new parents, immigrants, and individuals facing transitions is deeply meaningful to me — it’s where compassion and expertise meet.

    Outside of The Office

Outside of work, I cherish camping trips and spontaneous road adventures with my family, soaking in Colorado’s breathtaking outdoors.
